How do I place a Static image over the top of a page?

  • Hello,

    I wish to put an image over the top of the photo on my wordpress front page.

    I intend to change the photo daily, or on refresh if I can get that working. So I would like the image to go over the top so that is always there when the page refreshes. I want it always in the same position, I’ve been trying to write it into the page template with no success.

    Can anyone help?
