How do I One widget per post?

this plugin doe’s not worked whith me.i want for example in the post page in sidebar the tags show up , it’s must showin in one page , ex here xxx.com/?p=1 tags must shown and here xxx.com/?p=2 must shown recent post or here xxx.com/?p=3 must shown ads , i want to optomiz it like this .

haven’t looked into it but you should just be able to install a recent post widget plugin (google for this)

I want for example put all the posts in a category called xxx, and in another category yyy another posts, but i was unable to do that using your plugin, can you recommend me another plugin please?

You can assign categories with core functionality.
