How Do I NOT Show the Page Title, etc…

  • Hello,

    When I Create a Page or Post it shows the
    Page Title, the Date Created, and the
    Category – for example: the top of the page
    starts with –

    My First Page
    September 3, 2013 UnCategorized

    How Do I Set-Up the system to NOT show
    this information? I Only want it to show
    the info that I want…

  • You most likely will have to edit your theme files assuming there is no option built into your theme to disable these things.

    What theme are you using?

    None yet… actually a default theme until I find one I want to use.

    I thought there would be something in the WordPress Settings somewhere.

    It would be a feature of the actual theme if anything. Some themes may have the option to change/disable that feature but most themes will display that info by default. To remove it would require editing the .PHP files that makeup the theme ??
