How do i move the menu bar above the header

Hello guys, i am using the rookie them for a rugby team’s website and first of all, I have to thank a lot the developers for making this great theme. I searched if there is a solution about my problem by the results of my search aren’t really helpful. So, if anybody can show me how I can move my menu bar above my header of my rookie theme i would really appreciate that.
