How do I move the chat up (mobile website)

    Can someone please me by telling me how to move the chat function up more because on the mobile version I have my menu at the bottom and it overlaps. On desktop it is fine so I only want to change it on mobile and tablet size.

    We see you reached out to our support channel as well and hopefully you’re all set now! We’ll post the answer here too, just in case other users have similar questions:

    Our Custom CSS feature allows you to adjust the location of your chat button and make it pixel-perfect for your needs.

    To access this option, login to your Formilla dashboard –> click “Settings” in the left menu –> click “Widgets” in the sub-menu –> pencil/edit icon to edit your widget –> “Advanced Appearance” tab –> open the “Custom CSS” accordion –> and you’ll see options to adjust desktop and mobile CSS. In this case, you’d adjust your mobile CSS.
