How do I move my blog?

    My plan with my webhost is going to run out soon, and I don’t plan to renew it. I do want to keep my WP blog (including plugins, theme, posts, etc) that is on there and move it to another host once I pick on out. Is that even possible? And if it is, how do I do it?
