How do I move menus in Twentytwelve responsive view?

  • I would like to rearrange the position of the menus in the responsive view of my TwentyTwelve themed WP site.

    This image shows what I want to do:

    I want to move the responsive menu button to the bottom, and move the sidebar widget menu (id=”hierpage-2) to the top, under the header.

    Does anyone know how I can tweak the CSS in my child-theme to achieve this?
