How do I move a WordPress staging site to live site?

    I would like to convert my non-CMS site (HTML/CSS/PHP) to WordPress. My plan is to install WP on the server in its own directory as a staging site, do all the converting there, then migrate it to the live site directory. What is the easiest way to do that?
