How do I manage my sidebars and widgets

  • I am trying to configure my sidebars and widgets at https://www.kingtockers.com and cannot find these in my file manager.
    In all the tutorials that I have seen there is a manage command next to my dashboard yet this is not available on my site.
    Can anyone advise as to the best way to proceed to enable me to configure my sidebars and widgets so as I can configure my advertisements ??
