How do I make wp_shopping_cart_style.css active?

    My site is a dark background against light words.

    When I integrate the paypal shopping cart, I find that the area inside shopping cart is white/light background. And my words are white/light color as well. This makes it impossible to read the words when customer place item in the shopping cart.

    I tried to make changes in the wp_shopping_cart_style.css but because it is inactive, nothing is changing.

    Is there a way to activate this file?

    I finally figured out.

    By importing wp_shopping_cart_style.css to my child theme style.css I was able to change the color of the words.
