How do i make my videos autoplay after temporary fixes?

Hello all I fixed it temporarily by information provided in this link,
but now after my first video finish my second video wont autoplay.
Q-1) SO basically my first video does autoplay when you visit the site but after it finishes my second video wont start itself. Someone pls help me with this.
Here is example (my site)-https://www.top3rankings.com/Q-2) And how do i make plugin start my recent upload first. This is playing my older video before newer. How??
