How Do I make My Site Wider?

  • Hi. I am using the Suffusion theme at https://www.burstingplethora.com. I would like to make my site wider. I have read a few posts about this on the forums but do not understand. Have a look at this site that also uses the Suffusion theme. If he is able to do it, then I must be able to do it also. I would like for my site to be exactly as wide as his is. Any help is greatly appreciated. By the way, Suffusion is an AWESOME theme…100 times better than any of the others I tried.

    I cannot even figure out a way to post a new question on the theme’s forum. I must be missing something. Please, is there any way you or somebody else can help me? Please. All I want is for my site to be wider. If somebody can just tell me how to do that, I’d be a very happy person.

    Your site is 100% wide –as the browser window. If you are talking about the fact that the other site only has one sidebar — so the main content portion is wider, that’s another question. But that’s not that easy to do — requires editing php files and/or CSS code. You DO need to go to the Suffusion site for help with that kind of customization. From what I have seen, the theme author is VERY helpful.
