how do I make my site go live?

Hi, I recently constructed a blogging site with the URL https://marbellahome.com.au/MyBlog/
My url with hostgator is https://marbellahome.com.au
I did not realise I have done something wrong but the hostgator live chat guy said I cannot make my site go live since my URL has /my blog/ next to it.
I am a newbie and would appreciate all the help I can get!
