How do I make my home page just show the posts from one particular category?

    I looked on here for an answer to this, but some seem quite old, how can I make my home page just show the posts from one particular category? I’m a WP newb ??

    I actually managed to use Advanced Category Excluder plugin to solve this. So far so good.

    If it doesn’t work out, try using query_posts. you can use it conditionally in your theme’s page.php file, so it happens only on a static home page. Then you can still have a blog page with all posts from all categories on a sepoerate page if you want.

    it’s not hard to do, and a good thing to learn about if you use wordpress. I’ll show you if interested.
