How do I make information fields in sticky menu clickable

I have the location, phone number, and email address in the sticky header – top left bar and want them to be clickable. There doesn’t seem to be an option to do this. As an example, if someone clicks on [email protected], I want a default mail window to open on someone’s desktop so they can proceed to send me an email.
