How do I make a WordPress theme from HTML??

  • I’ve already made a website site and coded it in HTML and CSS. I need a really good tutorial or some help on transforming it into a full functional WP theme. my website at the moment is a WP theme but I cheated and changed another theme to make it.

    All help will be much appreciated.
