How do I make a horizontal menu

    I have installed this and got the widget working fine. What i want to do is to use this functionality as a horizontal menu below the main menu.

    I am afrid I am rather new to php can you please help by pointin in the right direction, i am afraid iam not familiar with temaplate tags but keen to learn
