How do I log in?

Hi, please help, I am sure this a stupid question, but yesterday I downloaded wordpress and installed it, created a database and uploaded to my server, and then typed in https://example.com/wp-admin/install.php (using my url) but today I want to go to my account and start using wordpress but where do I log on, how do I get to my dashboard etc?? I’m completly confused how it all works, please help! thanks!!
