How do I link directly to "Hosting Only"

Happy New Year’s Eve!
Just installed WHMCS Bridge 3.5.4.
I’d like to add a WordPress menu entry pointing directly to the page where a visitor can select a hosting plan, without first registering a domain.
On the front end, I do this by visiting https://websitetechnology.com.au/web-hosting/ and selecting “Order Hosting Only”.
However, this takes me to https://websitetechnology.com.au/web-hosting/?ccce=domainchecker
If I load this URL in another browser, it displays the domain registration page (same as https://websitetechnology.com.au/web-hosting/).
Are frames being used?
How do I link directly to “Hosting Only” ?
