How Do I link Aweber to my Bloosom Newsletter?

Aweber says I should not need an API or APP ID to use a 3rd party plugin? Are there any step by step configuration videos or snapshots on how to link an Aweber account to my Blossom Newsletter? Aweber said they couldn’t help me on their end. Please Advise?
