How do I know it's working?

    The plugin isn’t active for loged in users. So first logout from your blog and then check the source code/html printed to the browser. At the the bottom of it there should be something like this:

    HCE Version: 1.1.0
    Load AVG: 3.75(5)
    –>

    That is debug info and if is present that means that HCE plugin is working and saving cpu time for you.
