how do I know if I'm connected???

    1. How do I know if the GA is connected to the WP site? There is no indication.

    I went to my GA page and it’s been dead for 2 days.

    I have entered my UA code manually AND selected it from the dropdown, still no confirmation.

    2. Also, how do I know what description a “customer” is compared to a “shop manager”. I have ignored “authors” and “administrators” and “shop managers” and “editors”, but there is nothing telling me what these things means, which could mean that I’m ignoring the people i want to track. Not very clear to me.

    Yes, I’m a newb. go easy ??
