How do I know failed submissions due to captcha/other reasons?

  • I have invisible captcha on a form but I need to know if some users not able to send form with errors/fails , how to know that?
    Which logs should I follow?

    Since the submissions that failed the captcha verification and encounter validation errors are not submitted, we do not have a way to keep a record of these entries.. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
