How do I kill the icon on the Twitter feed?

How do I kill my Twitter name/avatar and the “Twitter, Join the conversation” icon so they do not show? The perfect example is found at https://blog.ning.com/

Note they have the header of the Twitter section underlined (I’d like to do that too) and then the actual feed. Their avatar and name are not showing at the top of the feed. Following the feed is a text link to join the conversation which seems less intrusive than the blue Twitter logo and “Join the Conversation” text.
