How do I install the plugin?

Hi there,
I’m not technical so please can you explain step by step how I install this plugin. I have downloaded it, and have seen it come up on my computer, but I need to get it onto my site. Under the installation tab it says install like you would any plugin, but I don’t know what that is. Can you help?
