How do I install Pagination extension?

Thank you for this great plugin. It is very helpful.
How do I install extensions? Do I FTP them to the plugin folder, or merge the two PHP file into one? I’m trying to install the Pagination extension. (https://github.com/billerickson/Display-Posts-Pagination)
