How do I install a WordPress theme and do I need to be a host?

    I have a domain name (www.dereabel.com) which I bought from GoDaddy. I have a WordPress theme (Debut) and now I have no clue of how to use my theme. I thought I could simply link the WordPress theme to my GoDaddy domain name but now I don’t know if I need to be a host.
    Can I use it in Tumblr? Do I have to be a ‘host’? Can I use my theme with WordPress and keep my domain name (www.derekabel.com)?
