Let’s be realistic, people provide all kinds of different links on this forum. Sometimes it’s a demo of a theme, sometimes it’s a screenshot of the problem — depending on the question these are often adequate. The nature of a support forum is new-comers, so people don’t know the exact preferences of the resident experts. If they put the wrong link, someone can come in here and call them dumb/illiterate/etc., or you can simply and kindly ask for a different link: “Could you provide a link to your site? How about a link to where you downloaded the theme?”. If you have time you can explain why the other link is more helpful.
But if you’re going to take the time to chew someone out instead of providing a helpful reply, then don’t say the person wasted your time with the wrong link because the combative answer is the true waste of time here.

@ WW, due to the thread-jacking, if I were you I would ask the question again in a different way. It seems to me you just wanted to know, “How do I replace the header in the Twilight WordPress Template?”
It’s probably not a hard question, in spite of the drama made from it here.
