How do I index search pages

I used the code below…is there anything wrong with this approach?

function remove_yoast_robots ( $myfilter ) {
    if ( is_search() ) {
        return false;
    }
    return $myfilter;
}
add_filter( 'wpseo_robots', 'remove_yoast_robots' );

As @akashipe has mentioned, this Gist contains the necessary snippet ro remove the noindex tag on the search pages.

In general, indexing search pages is not a usually a good idea as it’s against Google’s Guidelines.
