How do I import images?

I can’t for the life of me figure this out. The ONLY info I can find on this in the knowledge base is this: https://kb.wprssaggregator.com/article/308-how-to-set-up-feed-to-posts-image-options and this looks to be a premium add on. I am using the free plugin only.
As far as I can tell, my RSS feed DOES include images: https://homeschoolrealm.com/feed But they are not showing up when I add the widget to my site. So what am I doing wrong?
