How do I import a NON-WP DB into WP?

I have a basic WP site running.
I have a database from a non-wp site.
I want to import that db into my wp site.

The non-wp DB does not match the table structure in any way.
The data that I want to import contains the following:

comment_id = the content's comment's incremental number (ie: comment #1).
psot_id    = the content's incremental number (ie: post #500).
user_id	   = author's username, if any.
content    = the actual post content.
ip         = obvious
add_time   = date and time
status     = flagged, sticky, normal
show_name  = if user so chose, show their username.

I am not a programmer so I do not know what to do. I would really appreciate help on this.
