• Hi. I use Chameleon Theme 2.0, by Elegant Themes, for my blog. Please how do I hide my tagline so it does not show on the site and what can I do so that it would not appear with my posts in Google, etc when I share my post. Someone advised that I log into blog’s dashboard, click appearance –> editor –> style sheet (style.css) and then scroll down to the bottom and type: #description { display:none;}. I did it but it didn’t work. I eagerly await your response. My website is https://www.ProfitsArena.com

    general:
the ‘site description’ is added in dashboard – settings – general
    remove or change it there.

@ alchymyth. Thank you for the response. However, I do not want to remove the tagline but just don’t want it to appear on my homepage and not to appear on my search engine listing by Google, etc. I did put #description { display:none;} in the css but it does not work. I would appreciate your help.
