How do I hide categories from feed RSS and Search Engine?

    I have a blog and i wanted to know how can i hide some categories so when people search something, the posts on the hided category wouldnt show on the search results, and that those posts wouldnt show on the RSS either.

    SOrry about my english, im not American.

    Could yall please help me??
