How do I give access to a contributor?

Hi.

I need to give acces to Shortcodes Ultimate to a contributor on one of the blogs I manage. Seems that by default only the admins have access to it; the button doesn’t appear on the contributor’s post editor. Is there a way to change that, and give contributors access to the plugin’s button on the editor?
