How Do I get You tube video to show right is rh sidebar?

    I am using the Maggo theme and there is a block for a video in the bottom right hand corner ( rh side ). I placed the youtube embed code where I thought it should go ( fairly new at this ) and it distorted ( made the box longer and video went to the very bottom)the dimensions on the box. I then deleted the video and now half of the box is gone.I would like to be able to place the video in the box correctly if someone can tell me:
    1. how to fix the box
    2. how to get the video to appear correctly

    Also, where/how do I go to add the rss feed and the email from aweber?

    Please answer in English not just code. I appreciate in advance any assistance from someone who has a clue what they ae doing as I do not.
    Last but not least is there a way to edit both sidebars without haing to go to source code?
