How do I 'get' to these redirects?

Hi, i think i’ve got a rogue redirect (there’s nothing in htaccess) so must be from this (possibly an error on my part ages ago). It’s a 301, yet when I look in the plugin, there’s only 302s. This 301 must be coming from somewhere??!!?
Have seen some stuff on phpadmin – any more info on that? I’d like to see/check them all in the flesh, if that makes sense.
