How Do I Get This WordPress Text Editor

    On one of our WordPress installations we have this editor

    And it’s great, tons of extra features, you can change the size of text etc, very nice.

    On all since then we get a really basic editor, even with show/hide kitchen sink ticked it’s very basic.

    I thought perhaps this was a plugin or something but I can’t see it anywhere.

    Anybody know how I get the editor above instead of the basic one WordPress comes wiht.
