How do I get the 4 types of feedback?

  • Hi,

    I am aware that this might be a very stupid question. But I need help with it. My feedback plugin only has 1 big text box, and not the ‘idea’, ‘technical problem’, ‘question’ and ‘praise’.

    How would I be able to get these in my feedback? Does there exist any kind of guide to make this happen?
