    How do I get rid of this annoying message after deleting the plugin? Cache cleared, yet this pops up on every admin page. AGGRESSIVE.

    I noticed OTTER was installed as a plugin without my knowledge while installing Lightstart. I deleted this one as well, and now I got rid of that aggressive alert.
