How Do I get Rid of comments box on existing pages?

It looks like there are two possible ways to do it (one for existing pages and one for future pages):

It sounds like you’re in the right place, but those directions do say use the “Quick Edit” link, can you try that?

Absolutely worked, CVFERGUS. Thank you. The checkbox is in the quick edit screen. Uncheck it and update, *POOF*.
