How do I get rid of ‘Categories’ text?

    When I open my sidebar file, I want to get rid of the ‘Categories’ text in this line:

    <?php wp_list_categories(); ?>

    If I just leave it like that, it says ‘Categories’ anyway, so how do I get rid of that word?
