How do I get my site to load faster and how do I get it pageranked by Google?

  • I migrated my site, https://houseofsquared.com, from WordPress.com to a self web hosting. As expected, I placed dozens of plugins on my site.

    I’m worried about the loading speed of my site but I like the functions I get from my plugins.

    Also, since it has been 4 months, I’m still an N/A from Google Pagerank which I don’t know why. I get 200 hits each day and has been linked by a few other websites but still just an N/A from Pagerank.

    Can anyone help me with my two concern?
