How do I get my own avatar/gravatar on my blog?

  • Using Twenty Eleven, in which single post pages show “About” the poster. It looks strange for the admin’s avatar to be blank.

    I’ve signed up with gravatar using the email address listed in my general settings. I have gravatars enabled in discussion settings. What am I NOT doing?

    Anyone who can steer me? Thanks.

    Yes, nsathees, I’ve been there and didn’t find the answer as to why the avatar isn’t showing up in my profile or comments on my own blog. I do try to help myself before bothering other people.

    As I mentioned, I uploaded an image at en.gravatar registered to the email address in my general settings, and enabled gravatars in discussion settings.

    I’ve also pored over en.gravatar’s help pages.

    Anyone else?

    you have to link it to your email.. and when you comment, you use that email as well.
