How do I get my blog categories to show up for mobile users?

    How do I get my blog categories to show up for mobile users?

    They already show up for desktop users

    Do I need a specific plugin? Or can I just create a mobile menu under appearance- menu and how do I activate it?

    Every plugin you add slows the site down so ideally would like to not use a plugin

    Other solution?
