How do I get GSpeech to stop welcoming me after I refresh or click on a blog pos

Is there a script that will help GSpeech understand “Oh, this is the same person refreshing, no need to welcome him.”? It keeps welcoming me when I’ve been on the site already. It should detect if the person is on the site for the first time or not.
