We usually suggest going through the steps outlined in our Email FAQ in such cases but it sounds like you’ve already done that, the email monitoring plugin shows emails as sent via SMTP service but no one receives them.

Email deliverability is a complex topic and it’s hard to say why spam filters are blocking your emails, this would require a thorough investigation.

Since the default emails were replaced by an SMTP service (their server actually sends your emails) and emails are shown as sent out – this is not an issue with WooCommerce and I’d suggest reaching out to the support team of Elastic Email:
