    Hello,
I’m trying to figure out how to fix a theme problem. The theme gives me a recommended header size (150×1200), so I created a header with those dimensions. Now I’m seeing white space on either side and the bottom of it. I’d like to change the white space to the same color as the background of the rest of the page (#97694F), but am not sure how to do that. I’m also afraid that might look odd as the header looks like it should stretch further out to match the body of posts on the page. Resizing the header in the theme editor has no effect (I’ve resized it as big as 150×2000 and it does’t change it for whatever reason), so I’m wondering if there’s a different way to resize the header?

Ok, I was able to fix the left and right white space, still can’t figure out that thin white line under my header.

Is there some margin in the style.css file?

I don’t think so, when I see “margin” in the .css where the header is, I set them all to “0” just see if it made a difference, and it didn’t change anything.
