how do I find my upload folder for wp e-commerce default template?

    I’ve been searching everywhere I can find, and I cannot find an upload folder besides the media one, and that does not contain ANY files for the e-commerce plugin I activated. I chose the option it offers to save in a safe place when I first activated it. It said it saved it to:
    wp-content/uploads/wpsc/themes/default/
    but I can’t find it anywhere. I try typing that in the browser and it says it doesn’t exist.
    Please can someone help me, I’m banging my head looking for this darn thing! Every site I find on the internet just glosses over this when telling how to change the theme for it. They just say, copy the default file in your upload folder. But no one says where the upload folde is! Please! Thank you so much!
