How do I find list of subscribers?

    How do I find a list of people who have signed up to this website? And can I convert them over to a new website? (same website, just changing domain)
    A few months ago I fixed up this website for a client, it was basically just a makeover. I made a proper mailchimp account for her and added a pop-up sign up option for her site. I can access the list of people that have signed up since I added this, but I don’t know how to access the list of people who signed-up prior to me fixing the site.
    I think she was just using the general mailchimp option you can add in on wordpress footers/widget areas. Am I able to access this? We’d like to take down this site for a new domain, but a lot of her subscribers would be lost.

    Okay, so I actually found it under Jetpack, site stats in WordPress.
    Does any one know if it’s accurate? I just a bit shocked at how low the numbers are- 15 subscribers over 8 months, when she’s already gained over 85 in the couple months since I’ve fixed it
