How do I exclude server plugin like random post?

How do I exclude certain plugin like random post posts. Let say I have a post, and that post is cached with a snapshot of a few random posts somewhat like related posts that randomly displayed for each post, but since it’s a snapshot into the cached it stayed the same, no new random posts … Is it possible to exclude the random post plugin so that the post is cached everything else except the random post plugin?

Right now I’m not sure which random post posts plugin to use yet, but before I use it I would like to learn more on how it will behave with WP Faster Cache. Ideally I would like the capability to exclude certain plugin for the post or page.
